As of April 2025, foreign nationals can enter Hainan Province visa-free under several policies: China’s general visa-free policy, the 240-hour transit visa exemption, the Hainan 59-country visa-free policy, a 144-hour visa-free entry for tour groups from Hong Kong and Macao, and a 15-day visa-free stay for cruise ship travelers.
